2. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse the App for illegal or harmful activities.
• You are responsible for any content generated using the App.
• For subscription plans, you agree to a 12-month commitment and acknowledge that early cancellation is not permitted.

3. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated content remains your property, but we retain the right to use anonymized data for improving our services.

4. Limitation of Liability

We provide the App "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of the App.

5. Subscription Terms

• Monthly subscriptions require a 12-month commitment.
• Subscriptions cannot be canceled before the completion of the 12-month term.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance of the changes.
