At Creative Infusion AI, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI-generated content. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once processed. However, we may consider refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.

1. No Refunds for Processed Orders

Due to the immediate delivery nature of our digital services, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for processed orders. Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Verifiable accidental duplicate purchases
• Technical issues that completely prevent access to the service

2. How to Request a Refund

For the specific cases mentioned above, submit a refund request via support@creativeinfusionai.com within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

3. Subscription Terms

• Annual Commitment: By subscribing to our service, you agree to a 12-month commitment. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled until the full year has passed.
• No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
• No Early Termination: Due to the annual commitment nature of our subscriptions, early cancellations are not permitted before the 12-month term is completed.
• Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each 12-month period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Order Processing

Orders are considered processed and non-refundable once payment has been confirmed. There is no option to cancel orders after they have been placed, as our system immediately begins processing the request.

5. Chargeback Policy

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve an issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide proof of service delivery. Chargebacks may also result in the permanent suspension of your account.
